Yellow Corporation Unveils Industry-First Web Services Capability
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yellow Corporation (Nasdaq: YELL), a leader in global transportation services, today announced they will implement Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) for its shipping information to be automatically integrated with the electronic business systems of Yellow customers.This new web service will allow customers to retrieve tracking information and incorporate it into their workflow, report and display processes. Yellow is the first company in the transportation services business to implement this type of service.
