MyYellow Upgrades Exact Express(TM) Tools and Adds Tracking Options
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yellow Corporation (Nasdaq: YELL), a leader in global transportation services, today announced further enhancements to MyYellow.com including upgrades to the Exact Express Shipments tool, and the Exact Express Service Calculator as well as additional tracking options.Exact Express is an expedited and time-definite air and ground delivery service offered by Yellow to get shipments to their destination exactly when the customer wants it to be there. Exact Express is backed by a 100-percent, customer-satisfaction guarantee.
The new Exact Express online capabilities provide reports with detailed shipping and service information including up to 13 months of historical information. The reports are accessible online or can be emailed. An enhanced Exact Express calculator provides delivery dates for all time-definite options. In addition, the basic tracking options on MyYellow.com were expanded to allow for entry of up to 200 shipments and a new XML-driven Application Programming Interface (API) lets customers directly access detailed tracking information by shipment on MyYellow.com through their own systems.
