Yellow Corporation Appoints Chief Accounting Officer

Gaines joined Yellow in 1989 as a Staff Accountant and has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in finance and accounting at both the holding company and operating unit levels. Since 2000, he has been Vice President-Financial Planning and Analysis for Yellow Transportation and had previously served as Senior Director-Corporate Accounting.
Before joining Yellow, Gaines was in the public accounting field for 3 years. He graduated with highest distinction from Nebraska Wesleyan University and is a CPA. Gaines is also Chairman of the Board of CommunityAmerica Credit Union, based in Lenexa, KS.
