This marks the third time in the past four years that Echo has selected Holland for this award.
In making this selection, Echo measured its LTL transportation providers on a number of service criteria ranging from quality standards such as claims and invoicing accuracy, to customer service metrics such as friendliness of personnel and trustworthiness.
