Yellow Roadway Corporation Extends Exchange OfferOVERLAND PARK, Kan., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yellow Roadway Corporation (Nasdaq: YELL) today announced that it has extended the expiration date with respect to its offer to exchange its Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2008, Series B, that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 for any and all of its outstanding Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2008.

The Company has received tenders for approximately $135,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2008. The expiration date for the exchange offer has been extended to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Tuesday, August 30, 2005. All other terms of the exchange offer remain unchanged.
