"Jim" Fry has been named vice president, general counsel, and secretary for YRC Worldwide, effective April 20, 2015. Fry is leaving his position as general counsel and secretary at Swift Transportation in Phoenix, Arizona, where he worked since 2008.

Fry earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Schreyer Honors College, the honors program of the Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia.
