Yellow Corporation Names Treasurer OVERLAND PARK, Kan., July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Yellow Corporation (Nasdaq: YELL) announced today that Stephen Bruffett has been promoted to Treasurer for Yellow Corporation, effective immediately. Bruffett will report to Bert Trucksess, Chief Financial Officer-Yellow Corporation and President-Regional Carrier Group.
Prior to the appointment, Bruffett was Senior Director-Financial Planning and Analysis for Yellow Freight System. Since joining Yellow in 1998 as Director-Strategic Analysis, Bruffett has been responsible for preparation of the Yellow Freight System annual operating budget, the capital budget and for cost and revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
From 1992 to 1998, Bruffett served as Director of Finance for American Freightways Corporation, based in Harrison, AR, where he performed a variety of finance, treasury and accounting functions.
