Yellow Corporation Makes Fortune Most Admired List -- Ranks #1 in Innovation And QualityOVERLAND PARK, Kan., Feb 28, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Yellow Corporation (Nasdaq: YELL) announced today that the company has been voted number one in both "Innovation" and "Quality of Products and Services" and is ranked third overall in its category in Fortune Magazine's annual survey, America's Most Admired Companies. This is the fifth consecutive year Yellow has been named to this prestigious list.

Fortune worked with the Hay Group to establish rankings by taking the ten largest companies (by revenues) in 58 industries, including large subsidiaries of foreign-owned companies, and then asking 10,000 executives, directors, and securities analysts to rate the companies in their own industries based on eight major characteristics.
