Since its creation in 1985, the Quest for Quality awards program has been widely recognized as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the industry. Each year, thousands of transportation and logistics decision-makers from around the country determine which carriers represent the "best of the best." Service providers are evaluated on a number of objective service metrics such as on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, equipment and operations. Those providers with the highest overall scores in their respective categories at the end of evaluations are then selected to receive awards.
