"We are honored to be recognized by the readers of Logistics Management magazine as being among the best at what we do," said Scott Ware, president of Holland. "The fact that Holland employees have achieved a Quest for Quality award every year possible since the award's founding demonstrates their ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Some organizations make a short-term push to win an industry award or recognition. It's obvious that Holland employees are determined to sustain that kind of extra effort for the long haul. We've been making that extra effort and creating 'the Holland Difference' for our customers for 85 years."

Logistics Management's Quest for Quality survey is regarded as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the transportation and logistics industry. The Quest for Quality awards remain the gold standard for customer satisfaction and performance excellence. Logistics and supply chain decision-makers from around the country rate providers on a number of objective service metrics to select the "best of the best." The categories measured include on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, equipment and operations. Read more in the August issue of Logistics Management.
